To rejuvenate its Staroměstské náměstí square –the Old Town square – the town of Mlada Boleslav commissioned a work from the artist Véronika Psotkova. She chose Prompt natural cement for its warm colours and stone-like texture. This project received the first “Construction of the year 2011” prize in the Czech Republic.
130 tonnes of mortar of natural prompt cement have been necessary to prepare 1200 moulded pieces. The quick setting of natural prompt cement mortar of the RCP company (Roman Cement Plaster) enables a quick demoulding.
